Delete an account
To delete your Athlete SMS account, or your child’s data, send this request. We confirm with your academy and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account, your sign-in details, your device tokens and the posts and comments you wrote. Payment receipts the academy must keep by law stay with the academy, without your login.
You can also ask your academy’s office, which can remove your account straight away.
