What is Athlete SMS?
Athlete SMS (Sport Management System) is a cloud system for running sports academies and clubs: players, subscriptions and installments, attendance, matches, staff and payroll, reports, a website for the academy, and an app for coaches and parents.
Which sports does it work for?
Football, swimming, basketball, volleyball, handball, tennis, padel, karate and martial arts, gymnastics, athletics and more. One academy can run several sports and branches, each with its own groups and prices.
How much does a sports academy management system cost?
You pay only for active players, at a rate per player that falls as the academy grows, with no setup fee and a free trial. Use the calculator on the pricing page to see your monthly bill.
Is there an app for parents and coaches?
Yes, on Android and iPhone. Parents see the next session, attendance, what is due, matches and photos; coaches take attendance and record matches, even without internet.
How do parents pay?
By InstaPay or Vodafone Cash: the parent transfers and uploads the screenshot, the academy approves it, and the receipt is issued automatically. Cash payments are recorded too.
Can we send reminders and text messages?
Yes. Welcome messages and installment reminders go by email, and by text message from the academy’s own number through an Android phone linked to the system.
Is our data safe?
Each academy’s data is kept separate, backed up every night and sent over an encrypted connection, and every user only sees what their permissions allow.
